There’s something about live instruments accompanying a hip hop performance that takes tracks to the next level. It gives it a whole different sound and the vibe is crazy. Gucci Mane and Zaytoven stopped by the NPR Tiny Desk Concert performance space and got it in. The NPR Tiny Desk is an intimate office space where some of the hottest artists go to show off their skills. Anderson .Paak & The Free Nationals, Rapsody, and Anthony Hamilton are amongst some of the talented people to hit the NPR Tiny Desk space.
Gucci ran through hits like “First Day Out” and “Last Time” while Zaytoven tickled the ivories in the backdrop. The presentation was pretty dope as the two of them worked together to give the people something fresh. He continues to cranks out new music since his release from jail earlier this year. He has been in the booth making it happen. We can expect The Return of East Atlanta Santa which is due out later this month. Press play above to see their performance and check for his album to drop on December 16, 2016.
