There is something about a good sushi spot that soothes the soul. When people find a sushi spot that they love, they visit there on the regular. New York City is packed with sushi restaurants from the Battery to the Upper West Side. Sugarfish has joined the ranks by way of California and it comes with a solid reputation of serving up delicious fish.
This new sushi spot is a two-story situation that is located in the heart of the Flatiron District in NYC. The restaurant’s high-end menu brings options and selections that are not seen anywhere else. The fish is uber-fresh and definitely meets all of the hype-expectations that come with the name. Notorious for its “Trust Me” menu, the blue crabs, toro hand rolls, and select servings of sashimi are always on heavy rotation. Don’t ask for any “extras” though, the establishment does not support any requests for extra condiments. Guests get seated on a first come, first serve basis so be sure to time your visit accordingly.
